At Easy eSolutions Inc. (“EeSI”) we respect your privacy and value our relationship with you. EeSI recognizes our responsibility with all personal information under our control. A Chief Privacy Officer has been designated to ensure that we keep up to date with current laws in the handling of your personal information. 2. Identifying Purposes

Wherever possible EeSI or any affiliates acting on our behalf, will clearly Identify the purposes for which your personal information is being collected at or before the information is collected. At times where it is clearly understood what the purposes are, (such as filling in a contact form) the purpose for use of your personal information will considered as identified for the purposes as set out in the consent section of this Privacy Policy.

3. Consent

Where personal information is submitted to us through our websites, affiliates websites, by telephone, email or other electronic means where the purposes for use are not clearly identified, you are consenting to its use and disclosure for the following purposes:

• Provide you with ongoing service communications relating to your services purchased through EeSI (such as web hosting and web design);
• Provide you with general marketing, product, service and affiliates information and offers;
• Satisfying other reasonable, legitimate business interests (such as collecting outstanding debts);

As part of our commitment to your personal privacy, we will provide you with the opportunity to limit the use of your personal information to maintaining the accuracy of our records for billing purposes and change in service terms in our web hosting contract. Simply put, we want our personal information kept as private as possible when dealing with other businesses, so we acknowledge the same respect should be paid to you, our valued customer.

Your personal information will be protected, will never be sold or disclosed to anyone other than our affiliates and unless we notify you in advance, will be used only by EeSI and our affiliates to enhance our service to you. Our affiliates use of your personal information will be restricted to that of the consent section of this Privacy Policy.

EeSI will only keep your information as long as needed for its identified purposes.

EeSI intends to keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date to respond to your inquiries and provide you with customer service communications, and otherwise manage our relationship with you. Any complaints as to EeSI's use of your personal information are taken seriously and will be investigated accordingly. Updating of Our Privacy Policy

EeSI is always looking for ways to improve and update our business to further enhance our effectiveness. Consequently our policies including this Privacy Policy will continue to evolve and EeSI reserves the right to alter this Privacy Policy at any time.
